Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Model professional, considerate, and supportive management behaviour
- High Volume Dispensing: Manage a busy pharmacy with a high dispensary volume
- Customer Focus: Ensure customer service is a priority for all team members
- Team Management: Lead a team including Pharmacists, Dispensary Technician, and pharmacy assistants
- Coaching and Mentoring: Develop, coach, and mentor the team to achieve excellence
- Detail-Oriented Dispensing: Maintain high levels of attention to detail in the dispensary
- Multi-Skilling and Delegation: Ensure smooth running of the business by multi-skilling and delegating tasks
- Health Advice: Share advice and information with the team and customers to ensure the best health care is always front of mind

Requirements:

- Registered AHPRA Pharmacist authorised to work in Australia
- Experience with handling 300+ scripts per day
- Professional patient counselling skills
- Passion for networking and community involvement
- Driven by customer service
