Make a Real Difference, Every Single Day
At MacKillop Family Services, we believe every young person deserves a chance to heal, grow, and thrive—no matter what their past is. Our Out of Home Care (OOHC) programs are more than just services—they’re safe havens built on compassion, resilience, and hope.
As a Residential Care Worker, you'll be at the heart of this mission.
Your role will be hands-on and deeply rewarding, with no two days are ever the same. From helping with cooking and keeping the home clean and safe, to doing school drop-offs, writing case notes, and responding to incidents, you’ll be supporting every part of daily life.
Most importantly, you'll provide genuine care and emotional support to children and young people to rebuild their lives and believe in brighter futures.
You'll be part of a passionate, close-knit team that shows up with empathy, courage, and commitment.
We are looking for casual and full-time Residential Care Workers in Bendigo.
