Join our Remuneration Governance and Regulation team, as part of our Global Reward department, responsible for delivering high-quality materials for senior management, the Board, and regulators, ensuring compliance with remuneration regulations.

What role will you play?

You will support the team by monitoring peer remuneration arrangements and disclosures, conducting market benchmarking, and drafting clear, concise, and well-structured materials, including PowerPoint presentations tailored for senior management, the Board, and regulatory bodies. You will also advise on and manage compliance with remuneration regulation, including producing board packs, disclosures, and reports for regulatory bodies.

This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders (Investor Relations, Risk Management, Finance) on year-end processes for the Remuneration Report, published annually as part of the annual report. You will prepare materials to support the Board's engagement with investors and corporate governance bodies leading up to the AGM.

What you offer

- 2-3 years' experience in an accounting or remuneration-related role, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience in producing professional documentation and explaining technical issues clearly.
- Numerical proficiency and a keen interest in data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (advanced knowledge preferred).
- Experience with remuneration regulation in the financial sector and supporting the preparation of board papers are advantageous.
