Who is TeamKids?

TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

Job Description

This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location

Beveridge VIC, 3753

Hours

Split shifts, Monday to Friday:

- Before school care: 7am‑9am

- After school care: 2:15pm‑6pm

- Admin: 9.25‑10.15

- Total hours: 38

What is a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator)?

1. Lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program.

2. Plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community.

3. Manage the service.

Key Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with schools and community.

- Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.

- Foster genuine relationships with children and families.

- Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.

- Manage service compliance and medical documentation.

The Successful Candidate

- Natural leader with a passion for teaching children.

- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and still a big kid at heart

- Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.

- Strong problem‑solving skills and a can‑do attitude.

- Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children.

- Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have FUN.
