The key responsibility of this role is to provide support and assistance to the Operations Manager by facilitating and ensuring the smooth and effective day‑to‑day operations of the crews and equipment. You will rotate throughout the day between duties such as: - Conducting hazard assessments - Reporting and compliance - Coordinating schedules and plans - Planning and conducting toolbox meetings - Vehicle and equipment inspections - Accurate recording of completed team tasks and overall crew performance Why choose Active? - Full time permanent role - 7.00am – 3.30pm, 8‑hour shifts, Monday – Friday - All PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and uniforms provided - Salary range from $80,000 - $100,000 + superannuation (depending on experience) - Company car for work and personal use - Living Away Allowance when applicable - Access to innovative technology and machinery - Access to the Employee Benefits Program – Great discounts with a variety of retailers - Strong safety awareness, an organisation that makes sure you are Home Safe Every day Do you have? - Industry experience and/or qualifications Cert III Horticulture or Arboriculture - The ability to work safely - The flexibility to Live Away from Home for up to 2 weeks at a time Great, but not essential: - White card - MR/HR Truck Licence - First aid/CPR Who are Active?
