IT Technical Delivery Specialist – Drive Regional IT Rollouts and Planning
Are you ready to turn DD&IT strategy into successful technical rollouts across diverse regions – from the Nordics to Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa?
Join us and take ownership of planning and delivering IT projects that make a real impact for local business units and our users worldwide.
Join DD&IT Operations & Support
You will be based at our headquarters in Humlebæk, and be part of the DD&IT Operations & Support team. Working closely with the Head of Nordics & EEMEA and a network of regional experts, you’ll ensure that global IT initiatives are translated into practical, well-executed solutions. This is a collaborative environment with clear priorities, room for new ideas, and strong support when needed.
Plan and Execute Technical Rollouts
Your mission is to make IT work seamlessly across systems, sites, and countries. You’ll lead the planning and coordination of technical deliveries, ensuring infrastructure, devices, as well as documentation meet Coloplast’s global standards while accommodating local requirements.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Plan and manage regional IT rollouts in close collaboration with Global IT
- Coordinate technical delivery timelines, resources, and dependencies across multiple sites
- Align local systems and devices with DD&IT standards while addressing regional needs
- Support vendor management, including contract reviews and supplier coordination
- Contribute to local information security and data privacy practices in line with ISO 27001
- Test and signoff new technologies and help define regional technical roadmaps
Your Profile
You bring a structured, detail-oriented approach to planning and execution, combined with strong technical insight. You thrive in cross-cultural collaboration and can balance global standards with local realities.
We imagine you have:
- A bachelor's degree or a master's in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on experience
- 2+ years of relevant global experience in project coordination or project management
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and lifecycle management
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft desktop environments and network protocols
- Experience with vendor coordination and supplier communication
