Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their friendly team in Gunnedah, workingin a fast-paced, professional environment. If you're passionate about the automotive industry and enjoy delivering top-tier service, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Greet and assist customers with their vehicle servicing needs
- Schedule service appointments and manage repair timelines
- Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure accurate job estimates
- Communicate clearly with customers about work performed, timelines, and costs
- Maintain service records and customer details accurately

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in a similar service advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- Basic mechanical knowledge of light vehicles is an advantage
- Current driver's licence
