About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Home and Lifestyle Lead to guide three of our supported accommodation houses in the Northern Beaches. You’ll mix hands-on client support with team leadership and coordination, helping your team deliver top-quality, person-centred services every day.

In this role you’ll:

- Lead, motivate and support a brilliant team of Community Support Workers

- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, families, and circles of Support

- Oversee daily operations including , rostering, scheduling, and documentation

- Promote safeguarding and ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met

- Work alongside the Operations Manager to enhance team performance and client outcomes

- Welcome new clients and make sure their transition feels seamless

- Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every day

About You

You’re a natural leader who brings warmth, structure, and positivity to everything you do. You love seeing others grow—whether it’s your team or the clients you support.

You’ll bring:

- Leadership experience in disability or community services

- Great Communication, problems-solving and organisational skills

- A solid understanding of person-centred and active support approaches
