Role Mission

As a Planning & Validation Specialist, you will ensure the balance of internal and external supply demand for locally manufactured products while performing equipment qualification and process validation.

What your responsibilities will be

1. Analyze supply and demand, propose production schedules, and manage procurement planning.
2. Maintain and update MPS, MRP parameters, and material master data.
3. Oversee production orders, material availability, and change management processes.
4. Conduct validation activities to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
5. Prepare qualification and validation protocols, train staff, and participate in risk assessments.
6. Ensure effective communication between manufacturing, supply chain, and validation teams.

Who you are

To perform this job successfully, you must demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

Skills:

Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing planning and validation processes.

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

Proficiency in SAP R3 (mandatory), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of cGMP and ISO 13485 quality systems.

Soft Skills:

Autonomous, detail-oriented, able to manage stress, and work effectively within a team.
