Despatch and Transport Planner – Kewdale, WA

About the Role and Opportunity -

Toll Group are seeking a highly organised and experiencedDespatch and Transport Plannerto join our dynamic logistics team. As a Despatch and Transport Planner, you’ll play a critical role in managing and organising transport operations to meet customer expectations. This position is key to ensuring products are delivered safely, cost-effectively, and on time. You’ll work closely with operations teams, carriers, and customers to maintain service levels and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to -

- Plan and coordinate fleet, and despatch schedules to meet volume demands, operational priorities, and customer requirements.

- Manage pallet accounts, IOU documentation, and IT systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.

- Liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth staging, loading, and delivery activities.

- Monitor and report on DIFOT performance with daily reporting and analysis.

- Drive continuous improvement and KPI performance by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices.

What We’re Looking For -

- Experience in transport and distribution operations, with a strong understanding of service delivery in a logistics environment.

- Ability to manage operational priorities and resolve service issues.

- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and operational systems).

- Knowledge of safety standards, compliance, and COR requirements.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach to work.
