Your new role:
As a Field Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Prioritising personal and business safety at all times
- Conducting testing of lifting equipment on-site and off-site
- Performing maintenance and service repairs on products
- Delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Travelling to customer sites either DIDO or FIFO when and as required
- Collaborating with the support team to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
What you will bring with you:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing - preferred but not essential
- Valid driver's license - DIDO will be required and ability to FIFO from Kalgoorlie to customer sites
- Capability to work in a physically demanding role and at heights
What’s on offer:
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based at the Kalgoorlie branch. As part of the role, there is the requirement to travel to customer sites including DIDO and FIFO
