The Role

Are you a skilled operator looking for a new challenge? Join our dynamic Operations team in Darra as a Filler/Operator. In this role, you/'ll be at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring the timely and safe delivery of our products to customers. You/'ll work in a supportive environment that values safety, customer service, and continuous improvement. Your Day

- Filling cylinders with products in accordance with standard operating and safety procedures

- Conducting quality control on filled cylinders

- Preparing cylinders for filling through pre-fill inspections

- General cylinder maintenance – Paint, label and barcode cylinders

- Palletise cylinders for transport, operate forklifts and pallet jacks

- Conduct stocktakes as required

- Providing exceptional customer service

- General manual handling

- Maintaining good housekeeping practices and safety standards, and ensuring all safety risks, hazards or incidents are identified and reported

- Working Monday to Friday, starting at 5AM or 6AM, whichever works for you

- Permanent full time role of 38 hours per week, with an average overtime of 5 hours per week

- Rate per day: $33 to $35 per hour + super + bonus. Open to casual workers with casual loading ($41 to $43 per hour)

Who are you

- You will have a forklift license with experience in warehouse/distribution for at least 6 months.

- Since you will be working with dangerous goods (DG), knowledge of DG would be advantageous.

- Your will be doing a physically demanding job with lifting and loading involved, so you must be physically fit for the role.
