About the role: This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in. - Assist in the manufacture, preparation, and installation of shopfitting and joinery items under supervision. - Maintain high-quality workmanship through consistent quality checks and attention to detail. - Ensure workshop and site cleanliness, organisation, and security daily. - Manage materials, tools, and deliveries efficiently, including stock control and waste management. - Collaborate effectively with supervisors and tradespeople, asking questions to develop skills and knowledge. What we're looking for? - Punctual, reliable, and energetic with a strong work ethic - Excellent attention to detail - Basic understanding of plans & drawings - Ability to perform physical tasks and work at heights, with a focus on safety - Certificate II in Construction or Construction Pathways - A valid Driver's Licence and vehicle & White Card About the company: Our client, a family-owned company, located in Belmont has been servicing the Newcastle & Lake Macquarie region for almost 50 years.
