Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the preparation and review of tax reports, including income tax, GST, and withholding tax calculations.
- Manage accurate and timely distribution calculations for investment funds.
- Financial statement preparation in compliance with funds.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address tax and distribution queries.
- Analyze and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy in fund reporting.
- Drive process improvements and enhance reporting efficiency through automation or system enhancements.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and development.

About You:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA/CA qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in fund accounting, with a strong focus on tax reporting and distributions.
- Comprehensive understanding of tax regulations and their application in the funds management industry.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
