Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join the Warriewood team. This role is focused on driving new business growth, building long-term relationships, and partnering with clients to deliver signage solutions that elevate their brand.
You’ll be backed by industry leaders, full product training, marketing support, and an experienced production team - allowing you to focus on what you do best: winning business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and securing new B2B clients across a range of industries.
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conducting site visits, client presentations, and solution-based selling.
- Working closely with internal designers and production staff to deliver outcomes.
- Maintaining strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a motivated B2B sales professional with a passion for building relationships and growing accounts. Signage experience is preferred, and candidates with backgrounds in shopfitting or construction sales are highly encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided.
Key attributes include:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales.
- Proven track record in business development or account management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with a hunter mentality and desire to exceed targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
