Join Our Team

Join genU’s domestic cleaning team within our aged care services and help create safe, welcoming environments for those who need it most. We offer shifts Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM no weekend work required

We’re currently hiring across North and East Metro Melbourne, with a focus on the Rowville and Croydon areas. Whether you're looking for just a few hours a week or up to 37.5 hours, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Domestic Services Assistant (Cleaner), you will, but not limited to:

- In-home support and companionship;
- Cooking and basic meal preparation;
- Routine light household cleaning and tidying
- Laundry tasks;
- Sweeping;
- Bathroom cleaning and mopping.

Requirements

To be eligible, you must have or be willing to complete:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check;
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (WOM);
- Current Working With Children Check (VIC & Employee);
- First Aid and CPR within 12 months;
- Certificate 3 in Individual Supports in Ageing or Equivalent (Not required but advantageous)
