Expressions of Interest - Personal Care Attendant

We have various opportunities for casual Personal Care Attendants in our Brisbane Northside and Bayside communities. Night-shift availability is essential.

Your responsibilities will include

- Working as part of a team providing safe and effective daily personal care, tailored to the resident's care needs in line with their current care plans
- Ensuring all residents receive kind, caring and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence
- Providing assistance to the residents and community with tasks including (but not limited to): medical & personal support, domestic cleaning and general admin duties
- Supporting residents with recreational and social activities
- Following all Aveo OH&S policies and procedures and reporting any safety, security and resident incidents
- Being passionate, trustworthy, reliable and enjoying connecting with residents, colleagues and the wider community

To be successful in this role, you will need

- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Health Services Assistance (required)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (required)
- Current Police Check clearance (required, however we can complete for you)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date (required)
