Skilled, experienced trade qualified automotive mechanic.

Looking for light vehicle motor mechanics to fill Full-time role.

Requirements (Trade qualified automotive mechanic):

· Trade qualified automotive technician / mechanic

· High level of experience in fault finding and diagnostics

· Experience with European vehicles

· Current unrestricted driver’s license

· Permanent residency required



Preferred (would be advantageous)

· Additional licenses and certification (e.g. Roadworthy, Blue Slip, LPG, Air Conditioning)

· High level of experience with European vehicles

· Computer aided diagnosis experience

· Automotive Electrical experience

· Availability on weekends or Saturday

Located in the heart of Sydney Eastern Suburbs you will report to the workshop manager and be required to complete a full range of mechanical repairs on all makes and models.


Job tasks and responsibilities (Trade qualified motor mechanic):

· Carry out vehicle inspections

· Troubleshooting, fault finding and diagnostics

· Regular and preventative maintenance services

· Road test vehicles

· Interpret spare parts and repair requirements

· Be confident and able to work autonomously

· Work cooperatively with other mechanics

· Be able to engage customers when required

· Complete basic paper work and job cards
