About the role

Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll lead all things Category & Insights.

- Create and embed the Category Vision that sets the direction for future growth

- Partner with major grocery retailers to drive range, space and shopper solutions that grow the category.

- Turn complex data into powerful, commercial stories that influence decisions.

- Be the trusted advisor internally and externally, shaping innovation, portfolio, and strategy.

- Lead and mentor a talented category team, lifting capability across the business.

- Lead a team of Category Managers while also having responsibilityfor the organisations largest category.

About you

You’re a category gun who knows your way around scan data, shopper insights and range reviews, but you’re also commercially sharp and people-savvy.

You’ll bring:

- Strong FMCG category or insights experience (ideally with exposure to major grocery customers).

- A proven ability to influence at all levels, backed by data and storytelling.

- A collaborative style and a knack for making complexity simple.

- A curious mind and a genuine passion for food and brands.
