And through a range of unique creative processes and skills, we work to re-imagine, shape and design a better future.Our Engagement and Change Advisory practice works with clients across a range of sectors to solve complex challenges through industry-leading services across one or more of our three core pillars of communication & stakeholder engagement, social value and transformation & change management services. ## As a key member of our Engagement and Change Advisory team, you’ll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of government and private infrastructure organisations, delving deep into their challenges to co-create solutions that help shape the future. You’ll communicate the value of a wide range of critical infrastructure projects, connect with diverse stakeholder groups and support the change that underpins the success of Australia’s infrastructure projects and organisations – from water and transport, through to energy, resources and defence.Here are the key things you’ll do:* Work in a dedicated Sydney-based team across a variety of projects and sectors. Collectively our team has worked across transport, water, government, mining and energy, and defence, with a focus on complex and strategic infrastructure projects.* Partner with our clients to provide advisory and consulting services for projects where social outcomes and community impact are front of mind.* Exercise outstanding interpersonal skills to develop relationships with a wide range of clients and critical internal and external stakeholders.* Support a pipeline of future opportunities, contribute to business development and proposals.* Help to grow our capability as part of our broader Advisory offering## Alongside your industry experience in similar management consulting, strategic communications and engagement, research, or equivalent roles, you’ll also have:* Proven experience across the different phases of a project’s life cycle, ideally complex or major infrastructure related, but not essential.* Strong communication, engagement, problem solving and presentation skills.* A demonstrated ability to foster and evolve client and stakeholder relationships.* Experience leading and developing team members to embed a high-performance culture.* Relevant tertiary education that demonstrates an ability with written and verbal communication, and a commitment to a relevant discipline in business, management, communications, psychology, science, law or other relevant field.Join Aurecon and work at the forefront of innovation and sustainability.
