About the Role: To support our growing team, we are looking for a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our Infrastructure/Rail Services division in our Perth Head Office. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working in a close knit team within a fast paced environment with previous recruitment experience in the mining industry. You will join a positive & high energy team environment with a results focused mindset. In this position, your duties will include, but are not limited to, the talent attraction of blue collar trades, shortlisting & management of candidates within the Fixed plant maintenance/Rail Services division. This is an interesting role where you will work across a diverse & complex scope of work to give you the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects & services.
