Central Premix Concrete is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Labourers / Front End Loader Operators to join their team in Melbourne.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have a mechanical mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of our concrete batching site.

This includes operating machinery, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Safe and efficient operation of front end loaders

- General labouring duties including site clean-up and housekeeping

- Assisting with batching and material handling as required

- Conducting routine equipment checks and reporting maintenance needs

- Complying with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), WHS, and company policies

What We’re Looking For

- Valid front end loader ticket with hands-on experience

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work independently and within a small team

- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

- A proactive attitude with a commitment to safety and quality
