About the Role

We’re currently seeking a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Male Support Worker to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in Tweed, NSW.

Responsibilities

- Supporting participants to achieve independence and reach personal goals

- Assisting with daily living tasks including personal care, transport, and community access

- Building strong, respectful relationships with participants and their families

- Promoting choice, dignity, and inclusion in everything you do

What We’re Looking For

- Must be female (genuine occupational requirement due to participant needs)

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)

- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate

- Driver’s Licence required

- Previous customer service or support experience is a bonus – but not essential
