Overview

THE JOB: This role is accountable for the servicing, repairs and maintenance of Council’s heavy and light plant and equipment in a safe and efficient manner to prevent down time of machinery and vehicles.

Qualifications

IF YOU HAVE SKILLS THAT MATCH OUR JOB, AND:

- Trade certificate in automotive or mechanical field or equivalent.
- Current WHS General Construction Induction card. Demonstrated experience in the operation of small plant and equipment.
- Proven ability to work productively as a member of a team and contribute to team goals.
- Current MR Licence

- 9-Day Fortnight
- Annual salary $61,885.20 - 74,262.24 (gross) + 12% Super
- Opportunity to learn new skills in a supportive environment
- 19.5 weeks long service leave after 10 year continuous service
