Job Description

We are currently seeking High Reach Forklift Operators to join our Weigh Label Room team. This is a hands‑on, physical role that plays a key part in ensuring our products are safely stored, accurately labelled, and efficiently dispatched to customers. Available Shifts

- Day shift – 5:00am to 1:06pm
- Afternoon shift – 1:00pm to 9:06pm

Daily Tasks

- Operate High Reach / LO Stock Picker / Counterbalance forklifts (approx. 20–30% of the role)
- Unload and load inbound/outbound stock and efficiently stack pallets
- Perform picker and packer duties using RF scanners
- Operate and monitor machinery to meet production targets while ensuring food safety and HACCP compliance
- Conduct quality control and product checks, reporting any variances or concerns promptly
- Ensure labelling of products is accurate and compliant with specifications
- Perform manual handling tasks including lifting pulling, pushing, bending and reaching (up to 20 kg)
- Maintain a clean and organised including proper storage of tools, equipment, and materials
- Identify and elevate any food safety, quality, or safety hazards
- Support the broader team in meeting productivity and performance targets
- Flexibility to assist with some process worker tasks and general factory duties

You Will Bring to this Role

- A current forklift licence with demonstrated experience operating safely and confidently
- Previous experience in high‑reach and counterbalance forklift operations (essential)
- Previous experience as a picker/packer in a fast‑paced environment (desirable)
- Physically fit and able to repetitively lift, push and pull items between 5 kg – 20 kg
- Ability to understand and follow procedures, instructions, and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work across a variety of shifts and duties as needed
