About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse range of family law matters, including:

- Complex property settlements and financial disputes

- Parenting and child custody matters

- Divorce, separation, and de facto relationship issues

- Binding financial agreements and spousal maintenance

- Mediation, dispute resolution, and litigation

You will work alongside experienced senior lawyers and partners, gaining valuable mentorship while handling high-quality cases. The firm has a strong pipeline of work and a culture that fosters professional growth.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of post-admission experience in family law

- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills

- Experience managing property settlements and parenting disputes

- Excellent client relationship management skills

- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
