Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to join our team full-time on-site at OBrien Electrical Engineering and Contractors in Ballarat. In this role, you will:

- Troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
- Design and implement advanced process control solutions.
- Lead automation and robotics projects aimed at optimizing efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting and electrical engineering skills.
- Proven experience in process control.
- In-depth knowledge of automation and robotics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Experience in key client management and a business development mindset.
- A proactive approach to business development and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in industrial projects, PLC software, CAD, and other relevant software programs.
