Graduate Physiotherapist
PEAK Sports and Spine Centre was established in 2012 with the belief that life is about experiences. Our philosophy is to move individuals out of pain, through prevention, and into performance, so they can begin to think about what’s possible rather than impossible. Ultimately, we believe everyone deserves to have an Experience Not Felt Possible.
Graduate Program
Our graduate program (we call it our Rookie Program) is designed to give you the skills and behaviours to become a high performing Physiotherapist and member of the PEAK Tribe. As part of our Rookie Program, you will receive:
- Access to a multidisciplinary team that provides you on the job support
- Daily clinical coaching by an experienced Allied Health Professional
- Access to weekly Growth Masterclasses delivered by the PEAK Tribe
- Weekly supervision and case study analysis on your existing patient load
- Support from a dedicated PEAK Tribe member to achieve your personal and well-being goals
- Additional qualifications in Clinical Pilates, Dry Needling & ART (Active Release Technique)
- Master your Game Allowance to support your learning ambitions
Our new graduate program is designed to provide you with dedicated structured support from our senior physiotherapists to allow you to progress your career pathway. There is a clearly defined career pathway from new graduate, through to director, with personal and professional support and learnings along the way.

Your Background
There are some skills and areas of experience we think would make you more successful in this role, and really hit the ground running. These include:
- Undergraduate qualification in Physiotherapy
- Some experience through placement or part-time work with sport or private practice
- An appetite for working with MSK caseloads
- Solid manual therapy skills
- A passion for moving people out of pain and into preventative or performance-based programs
- An inner belief that life is about having experiences never felt possible
