Finance Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team at a renowned investment firm specializing in real estate, private equity, and structured finance across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role
  • Develop and refine financial models to evaluate loans on real estate developments and investment assets.
  • Contribute to investment committee materials, term sheets, and capital-raising documents.
  • Conduct market research and due diligence to support new investment opportunities.
  • Assist with transaction documentation, loan drawdowns, and ongoing facility management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline transaction processes and ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.
Ideal Profile
  • CAPA qualified with 3+ years industry experience in real estate sectors, investment banking, private equity, or funds management.
  • Advanced financial modelling experience within the property investment space is crucial.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with keen attention to detail that drives insightful decision-making.
