Position Overview

We’re on the lookout for a conscientious Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help us create lasting customer experiences. You are the heartbeat of our Optus store.

Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, mentor, develop and inspire a team of amazing individuals empowering them to shine.

- Operate daily retail operations, ensuring the store is always welcoming and operational.

- Resolve customer enquiries with patience and a sprinkle of magic, leaving them with a lasting smile.

- Assist with onboarding new team members and provide them with the tools and knowledge to surprise & delight customers.

Qualifications

- Experience in a retail environment and a strong understanding of innovative practices.

- Excellent customer service skills; customer service is an art form you’ve mastered.

- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make thoughtful and well‑informed decisions.

- Results‑driven, charismatic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and supports their team to be the best version of themselves.
