What will you do?

- Provide exceptional food and beverage service, focusing onbar operationsand general dining areas
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages,including coffee and cocktails, showcasing your barista or bartending skills
- Assist in maintaining and setting up the bar, dining and service areas
- Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

More about you

- Previous experience in food and beverage roles in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- Skilled in bar operations, including cocktail preparation
- Well versed in coffee making or with barista experience
- Passion for hospitality and creating expectational guest experience
- Experience in cash handling
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
