Underground Paste Crew

ABOUT THE ROLE

Protech are looking for an experienced Paste Crew candidate to perform work with our client, located in Tanami Desert on a FIFO basis.

- Pay Rate: $70 per hour
- Point of Hire: Darwin, Alice Springs, Perth, or Brisbane
- Super on ALL hours
- Weekly Pay
- Work with a tier-one mining company.
- 12 Hours paid per shift
- Immediate Start
- Casual Contractor Position
- Lifestyle 2/2 Roster – Week of Days, Week of Nights
- Temp-to-Perm Opportunity (for the right candidate)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist the backfill & services department on site in an underground environment
- Maintain and construct paste walls
- Installation, maintenance and repair of paste systems and pipes
- Safely operate an I.T
- Potentially work in paste plant/ liaise with plant operators

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- At least 12 Months Experience in an Underground Paste Crew position
- Australian Work Rights
- Ability to maintain fitness for work, pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (Validity: within 3 months)
- Valid & Contactable References
