Se requiere experiencia en creación de rigs para personajes, criaturas, props y vehículos para producción de animación CGI. El trabajo es en entorno híbrido remoto y presencial. Funciones principales: - Desarrollar, testar y mantener configuraciones de movimiento y deformación para personajes animados. - Colaborar con los equipos de Modelado, Supervisión de Rigging y Leads de Animación. - Implementar herramientas propietarias para facilitar la creación de rigs siguiendo los protocolos del pipeline de animación. Requisitos imprescindibles - Experiencia demostrada en proyectos con personajes o criaturas principales. - Conocimientos avanzados en anatomía, expresión facial, scripting orientado a objetos y gestión de herramientas. - Colaboración con animación para sistemas de movimiento y deformación intuitivos. - Manejo completo de Maya, scripting elemental en Python o Mel. - Habilidades visuales y artísticas y comodidad con aspectos técnicos de personajes y criaturas. - Familiaridad con problemas de pipeline en entornos de postproducción intensivos de personajes/creaturas. Requisitos valorables - Habilidades de programación/scripting (Python, Maya API, C++). - Experiencia en simulación de telas con nCloth, Houdini o similares. - Manejo de Unreal Engine u otros softwares de renderizado en tiempo real. Sobre el candidato - Orientación al trabajo en equipo. - Autonomía y capacidad de supervisión mínima. - Proactividad y comunicación efectiva. - Excelente gestión del tiempo y organización. - Adaptabilidad y atención al detalle. - Resolución de problemas y recursos propios.
