OSHC Coordinator

We’re seeking a dedicated Coordinator to lead our small, community-focused OSHC at Crestmead.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

- Plan, develop, and implement engaging, play-based educational programs that support children’s learning and development.

- Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and school staff to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.

- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators to continuously improve the quality and outcomes of the service.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Children’s Service/Early Childhood Education (ACECQA equivalent) and experience in OSHC or a similar field.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

- Passion for creating a positive and enriching experience for children.
