They are now seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the mid-market and SMB sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of IT solutions, particularly in the areas of Microsoft, Digital, Data, ERP, CRM, and Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mid-market and SMB sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present and promote the company's IT solutions, with a focus on Microsoft, Digital, Data, ERP, CRM, and Cloud technologies.
- Work closely with the technical and sales teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity for uncapped commission.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the IT solutions space.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Digital, Data, ERP, CRM, and Cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and achieve targets.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of up to $110k with uncapped commission potential.
- Hybrid working arrangement with a central office location in Melbourne City Centre.
