Responsibilities

- Lead and coach a team to success and manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Run the show while learning all the ins and outs of daily business operations.
- Support a team to achieve and win together and ensure high standards of service and quality.

- Proven ability to lead a team to success with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Treat everyone with respect and back our product.
- Loves food and can offer exceptional customer service, even in challenging situations.
- Cares about the quality of your work and the work of your team.
- Natural leader who can get stuck in, hustle and lead your team during busy periods.
- Passionate about people and ensuring they are set up to succeed.
