Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you are glamaCo’s customer advocate. You are inspired by our customers and offer personalised recommendations and product support so they return and refer friends.

Working together as a team and assisting in the maintenance and merchandising of in-store inventory across a wide variety of products and promotions, whilst ensuring inventory accountability. Every step in this role must be in accordance with company policies and glamaCo’s high standards. This role operates in a fast-paced environment and can be physically demanding at times.

Role Details

glamaCo operates 7 days per week. Full-Time: Wednesday to Saturday (+ one Tuesday per four-week cycle) for a total of 152 hours per 4-week cycle. The final roster options will be provided to shortlisted applicants. The roster may include some extended hours during peak trading and promotional periods, and you will be paid in accordance with the relevant award provisions.

As this role is customer-facing, presentation and sales skills as well as clear and precise communication are essential. You should have a relatable personality, resilience and a wow factor when presenting to customers.

Team members come from diverse backgrounds. Prior experience in customer service and/or high-volume retail is helpful; experience in hair, beauty and health industries is a bonus. You could even be a current customer of glamaCo.
