What you will do:
– Manage complex casework and deploy resources effectively.
– Provide expert advice, negotiation, and advocacy for Camden’s residents.
– Collaborate with Team Managers and other experts to develop and promote best practices.
– Work closely with partner agencies to deliver a person-centred service.
– Lead service model development in line with the Council’s Financial Strategy.
– Participate in policy and practice development, enhancing service delivery.
– Ensure environmental and performance improvements within the service.
– Act as a Deputy for Team Managers, leading Neighbourhood Teams when required.
– Promote independence and encourage innovative care solutions.
– Update policies regularly and adhere to professional registration practices.
– Develop and empower team members for continuous service improvement.
– Maintain a small complex caseload under supervision when necessary.
