Janitor position (Everett, WA Air Traffic Control Tower) Part-time

Government contract custodian worker. The position may include a combination of the following: sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and polishing floors; removing chips, trash, and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms. The position also requires disinfecting of high touch areas (doorknobs, light switch covers, desktops, etc).

This is a Part-Time position: MON, WED, FRI: 2 Hours a day (times to be discussed)

- Experience is preferred. Good communication skills, a full background check and drug screening are required.
- Must pass agency and federal background checks, drug screen, and confirmation that you are authorized to work in the US.
- The Custodian’s job is physically demanding due to the need to move, carry and store various items and clean, dust, and wipe rooms full of furniture as well as floors and carpets.
- The successful application must have the physical capacity to perform these types of tasks.

Pay:

- Wage $20.22 plus $4.93 benefit allowance, which be taken as additional hourly pay resulting in an effective wage of $25.15/hr
