Are you a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for partnering with the business? We're recruiting for a Business Finance Analyst to join a high-performing team within a leading insurance and financial services organisation.

Why this role?

- Join a collaborative business partnering team supporting both consumer and commercial divisions.

- Work closely with senior stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

- Exposure to premium production analysis, acquisition cost accounting, and performance metrics.

What you'll do:

- Deliver management reporting and insightful P&L reviews.

- Prepare monthly reporting packs and support month-end close.

- Assist with annual planning and forecasting cycles.

- Maintain TM1 and Cognos records, and contribute to system mapping projects.

- Collaborate with FP&A and Data & Analytics teams on ad hoc analysis.

- Prepare presentations and commentary for business meetings.

What we're looking for:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- 3+ years' experience in FP&A or management reporting (insurance experience highly desirable).

- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI is a big plus.

- Knowledge of TM1, SQL, and Alteryx advantageous.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The process:

Two-stage interview - first with the hiring manager and HR, followed by an Excel assessment. Second stage with the Divisional Finance Lead.
