Activities
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Buyers team, you will gain insight into daily operations and collaborate with various stakeholders.
You will support the Buyers with the shared mailbox, where you will be able to manage and shape your daily tasks independently. Your specific responsibilities will be shaped by your experience, personality, and educational background. Alongside routine duties, you will also have the chance to contribute to a variety of tasks across the team.
Your area of responsibility will include tasks such as:
- Contract support to buyers.
- Creation, maintenance and updating contracts in SAP.
- Correspondence with vendors and the main warehouse.
- Close collaboration with buyers.
- Inform the requisitioner of any changes in delivery date, changes to material etc.
- Ad hoc tasks.
Candidate Profile
Who we are looking for
This position calls for the ability to prioritize tasks and process them efficiently. This will require you to feel comfortable asking questions when clarifications are needed. Moreover, you relate to both people and tasks with an open and positive attitude. We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic working environment.
Finally, we are looking for someone who is:
- Currently enrolled as a student at a Danish educational institution—preferably at a Business School.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (such as Excel, Word, etc.).
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Proficient in oral and written English.
- Proficiency in Danish is required.
