Rocky Bay, a leading provider of disability services in Perth, is seeking a passionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our Therapy Services team on a permanent part-time basis. Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to live their lives to the fullest potential, and you will play a pivotal role in achieving this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized physiotherapy programs for clients with varying disabilities and age groups.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care.
- Utilise evidence-based practices and innovative techniques to address physical, functional, and mobility challenges.
- Educate and support clients, families, and caregivers in implementing therapeutic interventions and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records, adhering to professional standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Proven experience in providing physiotherapy services, preferably in a disability or community setting.
