What role will you play?

You will utilise your experience in a Banking or Wealth Regulatory environment to support the business in managing risk and recommending improvements to our control environment to protect our clients and shareholders and enable sustainable growth.

If you have experience in risk and control management and are interested in helping businesses design and develop their control environments to manage operational risk, we want to hear from you. As a Senior Analyst, you will support the business in managing material risks and controls, collaborate with stakeholders to understand end-to-end processes, and develop relationships with key stakeholders. You will also share learnings and leverage expertise across the broader Group and industry to implement best practice controls.

What you offer

- Degree qualification in a related discipline, such as Finance, Commerce, Law, or Technology
- Proven experience in operational risk and controls within Wealth/Banking in the Financial Services Industry, with assurance or audit background
- Solid understanding of regulations and industry best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
- Ability to analyze root causes and identify potential solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfort working in an agile environment
