About You

- Degree-qualified Structural or Civil Engineer with 7-10+ years’ local consultancy experience.

- Solid experience across building structures, including concrete & steel projects.

- Confident working independently and managing multiple projects at once.

- Excellent communication skills - comfortable presenting to clients and working with architects and contractors.

- Skilled with analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAM Concept, and Space Gass.

- Thorough understanding of Australian Standards and design codes.

- Chartered or working toward CPEng/NER registration.

About the Role

- Lead structural design from concept through to construction for a variety of building projects with the support of a very strong leadership team.

- Manage project delivery, budgets, and timelines with minimal supervision.

- Review drawings and calculations to maintain quality and accuracy.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborators.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical capability of the team.
