Overview

Join St Mary's LDC & Kindergarten as a Kindergarten Educator in a permanent part‑time role.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with children to create fun recreational and educational experiences that support their well‑being.

- Provide a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment.

- Collaborate within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with Catholic Early EdCare’s expectations and educational philosophy.

- Participate in professional and personal development.

- Help develop children’s lifelong love of learning.

- Build strong rapport with families, educators, and the community.

Job Requirements

- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA equivalent.

- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).

- Knowledge and understanding of childcare industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.

- A passion for the education and care of children aged 6 months to Kindergarten in a play‑based learning environment.

- Effective workplace communication skills.

- Willingness to take Child Protection Training as required.
