About the Role

We are seeking Team Members to join our frontline Fuel team at EG Australia's Tweed Heads South store. Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to EG customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Promotion: Effectively promote products and offers in-store to drive sales and engagement.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Manage point of sale systems and monitor fuel and stock deliveries to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Safety and Presentation: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure premium presentation of our stores through effective merchandising and stock control.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Prior retail and customer service experience is preferred to support our store team.
  • Energetic Approach: A confident attitude and energetic approach to daily tasks are essential for success in this role.
