The Opportunity

We’re seeking skilled Excavator Operators to join our team working on major projects in Sydney’s Northwest and Southwest. This is a full‑time, permanent role offering long‑term stability and a strong pipeline of work.

What You’ll Do

- Operate excavators safely and efficiently

- Shape, trim, trench, and backfill to spec

- Apply basic compaction and material movement knowledge

- Load trucks and move materials accurately (basic GPS knowledge ideal)

- Perform daily checks and maintain machines to a high standard

- Excavator experience in civil construction

- White Card + Driver’s Licence, and flexible to travel

- Strong team player with a safety‑first mindset

- Reliable, positive attitude, and able to work independently
