Job Description

- Warmly greeting patients and making them feel at ease

- Scheduling and confirming appointments

- Managing patient records with accuracy and confidentiality

- Handling phone and email enquiries in a friendly and professional manner

- Processing payments and assisting with administrative tasks

- Maintaining a tidy, organised, and inviting reception area
