Urgentrequirement of SAP HR Payroll Consultant - Contract - Sydney/Melbourne
Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years of SAP HR, Time Management andPayroll experience.
- Well versed with SAP core HR modules, PA/OM,positive Time Management and Payroll (preferably Australia and NZ).
- Basic knowledge of PCR (personnel calculationrules) and schema modification in payroll and time management.
- At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences in SAP HR and payroll, and Time Management.
- Hands-on experience in defect resolution anddefect analysis related to SAP PA, OM, TM and Payroll implementation andconfiguration.
- SAP HR integration and workflow functionalknowledge.
Good to Have :
- Experience on any ticketing tool (Service Now, JIRA or any other)
- Functional knowledge of facility services, utilities services and work management.
- Experience on Applicationmaintenance ITIL processes
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Maintaining the applications
- offshore team to producereliable and stable solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Interact with customer Tech leads and businessusers and drive assigned work.
- Responsible for managing the Service LevelAgreements (SLAs) and ensure the SLAs are met.
- Liaising with clients and users to determine thenature of any problems they encounter.
- Ensuring project quality of work meets definedgovernance, process standards and best practices.
- Ability to see the biggerpicture, make and advise on strategic decisions
- Identifying technology limitations and deficienciesin existing systems and associated processes, procedures and provide theeffective solution.
