What is the role?

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Brisbane Head Office.

In this role, you will play a vital part in elevating the Lorna Jane brand by creating captivating visual marketing collateral that engages and converts customers.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Marketing team to create creative and engaging designs.

- Present and develop new ideas and design concepts to continually increase customer engagement and connection globally and to position the Lorna Jane brand as a design leader.

- Create original content through graphic design and illustration as required.

- Read and understand received briefs to commence the design process, liaising design concepts with stakeholders.

- Fulfill the design brief by creating high-quality designs that meet brand guidelines.

- Design and execute collateral in support of creative campaigns.

- Review designs and crosscheck the work with the original brief to ensure requirements have been met and that no errors are present.

- Contribute to the creation of motion graphics and video for the business across all global platforms to increase customer engagement and connection.

Qualifications

- 2 to 5 years' experience in Graphic Design in the retail/fashion industry.

- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

- Basic experience in Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects.

- Understanding of current design standards and trends.

- Experience implementing and creating style guides.

- Strong photo retouching skills.

- High attention to detail/proofing skills.

Please note this is a full time Monday to Friday role, based out of our beautiful Head Office in Brisbane, QLD.
